Fear can be healthy. It keeps us safe from harm, helps us from repeating past mistakes, and can even motivate us to take action. But it can also be debilitating and can keep us from trying new things or pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones. I was recently in a situation where fear was trying to prevent me from doing something I was really inspired to do, but I used the strategy I share in this episode and it helped me gain the courage I needed to push forward.
