This week's episode is a vulnerable one. I'm opening up about my rocky journey to motherhood and how it's taught me about the paradox of emotions. Just because you feel a "negative" emotion, it doesn't mean that the opposite isn't also true. Two totally different, big emotions can co-exist and that's ok. I'm sharing how I am learning to create space for all the emotions that show up for me and how I'm finding a little more compassion for myself when they do.
