Wondering what to do when your head starts spinning about something that has yet to come? When I’m feeling antsy or worried about something that hasn’t happened yet, I remind myself: Find your feet. Be where they are. It’s a super awesome, incognito strategy - no one would suspect that I’m re-centering myself when I use this strategy. It’s my own private moment that I take for myself to find some peace.
